  • I would highly recommend HOP fitness to anyone looking to start or improve their fitness journey and to implement healthy habits into their life. I started with the foundation sessions, where Kaylie introduced all the exercises so that I would be comfortable starting the group classes. I have been doing the group classes for 2 months now and I'm thrilled with how I feel. I feel stronger, more motivated and have more energy throughout the day. I have implemented healthier habits into my days and in a great routine where my workouts are prioritized. Kaylie is great at modifying any exercise so that they are accessible to everyone, even in a group setting, where we can all feel empowered completing the workouts together. It's an amazing fitness community to be a part of. I couldn't recommend HOP fitness more!

Recently I hit my 2 year anniversary with HOP. That’s 2 years of regular workouts, 2 years of actually enjoying showing up to the gym.
