Ingredients
- 1 package firm tofu
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions
- Add crumbled tofu to a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add lemon juice and seasonings.
- Scramble for about 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Optional: add veggies to make a veggie scramble
