Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 package firm tofu
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
     

Directions

  1. Add crumbled tofu to a pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add lemon juice and seasonings.
  3. Scramble for about 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Optional: add veggies to make a veggie scramble
