Ingredients:
- Cod Fillets
- Ghee or Butter (approx 1 tsp per fillet)
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Fresh Lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place desired amount of cod fillets on a baking sheet.
- Place approx 1 tsp of ghee or butter on top of each fillet.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Top each fillet with 2 slices of lemon.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
