Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of ground turkey, chicken, beef or venison (can also mix 2 different types of meat together)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped veggies (celery, peppers, onions)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp dried mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1.5 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Evenly proportion into muffin pan (makes 10-12).
  4. Bake for 18-22 minutes & Enjoy!

TIP: These can be frozen for a quick grab & go meal or stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
