Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground turkey, chicken, beef or venison (can also mix 2 different types of meat together)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup chopped veggies (celery, peppers, onions)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp dried mustard
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1.5 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix all ingredients together
- Evenly proportion into muffin pan (makes 10-12).
- Bake for 18-22 minutes & Enjoy!
TIP: These can be frozen for a quick grab & go meal or stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
