Ingredients:
- 1 can of salmon
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 slices of bread (preferably sprouted)
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 1-2 tbsp of fresh dill (optional)
- Dash of pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread. Include a portion of veggies of choice on the side!
2. This salmon mix makes 2 portions therefore you should save the other half in the fridge for 2-3 days.
