Vegan Taco Mix

Ingredients

  • 10mushrooms (more or less depending on how much mushrooms you like)
  • ¼ -½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups cooked lentils (brown or green)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop up mushrooms & onions in food processor.
  3. In a casserole dish mix all ingredients.
  4. Bake for approx. 15 mins.
