Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs of carrots
- 1 tbsp cumin
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel and slice carrots and place in a baking tray.
- Drizzle carrots with oil, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
