Ingredients:
- 1 head of kale
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Chop kale into 1.5 inch pieces and toss in a bowl with oil and sea salt.
- Spread on a baking sheet and place in the oven for approx 15 minutes.
