Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shavings
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1tbsp chia seed
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pink Himalayan salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture on sheet and press.
- Bake for 40-45 min or until golden and appears crispy.
- Let cool completely.
- Break apart into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container.
